PropertySaver is a non visible component used to store and load property values other components into/from the registry or an ini-file. PropertySaver can save all published properties of visible or invisible components descending from TComponent as long as they are of a ordinal or string type. With PropertySaver it's easy to save window positions, checked menu items and to control the visibility of components. PropertySaver can be used to save the state of an application and also to save configuring parameters for applications in an easy way, mostly without writing a line of code! The download is complete with help text and a nice property editor. 

The D4/D5 version also includes a custom TAction class that makes it easy to connect the Checked property to the Enabled, ShowHint or Visible property of any TControl. Go to download page. 

PropertySaver is free for non-commercial use (Delphi3/Delphi4 versions). If you register you get the complete source code and new versions. Register here. The Delphi5 evaluation version has a nag screen.
